This signed and framed 19" x 15" print of a pair of pintail ducks painted by English wildlife artist, Basil Ede. Ede was renowned for his avian portraits and noted for the ornithological precision of his paintings. In 1964, Ede became the first living artist to be honored with a one-man show at the National Collection of Fine Arts, Washington D.C, sponsored in part by the National Audubon Society.
